I was in a roll over awhile back and never got anytthing from it and i was injured did Physio and about a year later my knee tore and the Doctor told me it was soon to happen it was from an old injury and asked me if i tore my knee before or hurt myself some how .,.told him no just was in a car accident ..he said it showed my knee had an old injury to it .So i don`t know if that could have been from the car accident because i stepped hard on the floor preparing for anything and we rollled from a deer comming through the wind sheild a friend was driving she had real bad injuries also she broke bones.anyway that was that one,

Another accident i was in was just recently .now i am going to ask a question ..please answer..
Ok if you were parked at a parking area on the side street in front of a post office and ready to pull out
you are going forward to make a right turn not a left ..do you put ur signal on to go to your left before you signal to turn to your right because your parked in the first parking area before the Lights..
.
this is what i did i looked in my rearview mirror to see if anyone was comming to make that right turn ahead looking for a right turn signal i seeen a car past me and had a left turn signal on the next was a truck he had no signal on so i assumed he was going straight threw as the light was green ..i then preceeded to go and put my right signal on to turn right ahead ,bang he hit me damaged my cousins explorer.
Now i got charged with this and he failed to use his signal to make that right turn ..would you rpoceed to go if you did not see anyone with a right signal on thinking this person is going straigjht threw.
another thing he could not even see over his dash he was so short in a huge club cab truck ..thats my accident .

Pitt Bulls are ,like every other Dogs and are misunmderstood. Its how someone raises them like every other dog ,if raisxed mean they will be mean .they are very smart dogs i have had Pitt Bulls raised along with my kids they can be very protective of the family and ever other dogs and cats who live in surrounding areas.
Common now Rotties are more vicious and they accually attacked more people and kids then Pitts .
Just because they look scary they are the sweetest and best loyal dogs you can have .Raise them right they
are very loving to all people. They certainly misunderstood animals ..

It is 8 year old OR 4'9". Therefore a 7 year old who is already 4'9" does not need a seat. An 8 year old does not need a seat.

Very good question. The way the law reads is younger than eight or 4'9", but the reason for the change in the law is for the seat belt to properly fit kids . The new law is a "whichever comes first", 8 years or 4'9". I don't know what height really has to do with age. My 12 year old just reached 4'9". (I'm only 4'11"). The old law was 6 years old or 60 lbs. Trust me, as soon as she turned 6 she wanted out of a car seat. There's also a hefty fine of $500!
